Le Cheile have been involved in a lot of local art projects. The Lone Parents did glass painting, mosaics and a photography course. Their photos were exhibited in the Redeemer Family Resource Centre.

Paul and Lynn from Greenmantle who teach willow weaving came to our area to do an arts project recently. The project was called "The House", and comprised of various willow "houses" created by adults and children from the area. A soundscape of people talking about their area while working on the project was compiled. The resultant art work and soundscape was exhibited in the Louth County Museum, Dundalk.

Women Together have just completed a FETAC accredited course in Jewellery Making.
